Hi all, not long started the course and thoroughly enjoying it!!  ;D Just wondering if people thought there was enough information in the training and resource manual to adequately answer the questions or did you find some were more opinion and research based answers? cheers!

Hi Breza

I think there is a fine balance between adequate information and giving you all the answers. As an investigator you will often have to depend on your cunning, your ingenuity, your persistence. Thinking on your feet, they call it. When people think there's no solutions, the smart investigator finds them.

I have not read all of the certificate units in the ASSI course, but I reckon you can find many answers on the internet. I also think that ASSI wants you to have a go even if it's not spelled out for you, just to see if you use  your noggin!

               Hi George,
I totally agree with 100% there, i find if i have to do a double take on the question and have to do some research etc that when i do think i have the right answer its much more rewarding and i retain that info much more than if it was served up to us on a platter so to speak! cheers for your input!
