Attend seminars, online courses (there are a multitude), Put glasses on, (like me) and read books, Networking, Work Place training, client feedback. A useful hint (you may have worked it out already); when working through the course modules, the answers you seek may be located anywhere withing the Recourse Manual, not necessarily only within the section you are currently studying.
