As you have probably heard on the radio, Tony Abbott is trying to be noticed by abolishing the No-Blame Divorce.  Here is the rebuttal.

If only this will happen, more work for the Legal Fraternity and the

Dragonmead, this won't mean more work as the Privacy Act would prevent that from happening. But it is all good the way it is at the moment, believe me.

Good point Jockey,

But from I have read so far regarding some of the tactics used to gain a divorce by setting up a scene in hotel room, privacy will not be the issue if the prostitute and the subject consented first.   It was the subject hiring the PI to begin with.

Your thoughts?

...regardless who set up the 'sting' it is still entrapment and I refer you to Austlii anto observe what some sentencing magistrates and judges have to say about it.....
