Do we have any contact over in the UK that can work on a CTP factual?
Bascially back-packer had mv accident in Aussie, witness returned to UK in 2006. We need to locate witness and then obtain a statement. Its possible the witness does not reside in the UK but its a start.
Matter has proceeded to Northern Territory Supreme Court, in Darwin, as such require an ethical investigator to undertake this task.
