I've just got myself an old battery operated fan, which makes it liveable now things are warming up again. Small 20cm, runs on 4 D batteries, quiet, Colman brand. This one came from a camping store.

I have tried 12v fans and they are useless...

Jockey im thinking about buying one of these for the upcoming summer.  I only run a small hatch though how bulky are they?  Would i be able to sit one on the front passenger side floor or front passenger seat?  Where do you keep yours.  Cheers

I sit mine either on the front seat or middle console if i am sitting in the back. I sit the unit in a shallow square bucket in case any water spills and I have mine turned on low aimed at my face keeps me dry and my body temp down.

Send me a PM with your email and I will send you a photo so as you can see the size on a seat...The photo is too large to post apparently
