Has anyone used the Trackstick Pro,did you find they work ok or no good at all.
Or is another brand of vehicle tracker better.
A client is looking to get one ,to try and catch out the cheating hubby.

Hello eagles#1

To lawfully use Trackstick or similar tracking devices requires consent from the person being tracked. As this is unlikely in your scenario, it is illegal to use it.

Thank Big George, client has been make aware of the legalities of using tracking devices.
But thats what she wants to do she will get one with or without my help.
I will not be monitoring the device or installing it.
All i want to do is find out from the Forum is if they work or not as i have been to a revue site thats running about 50/50.

Eagle#1,  if she is a client why isn't she using your services (without the tracking device) to check up on hubby?

Goodo ,thanks for your interest client has used another company who put two suiveillance guys onto hubby at different times and he burned them both and she is quite scared of what he might do if he finds another pi on his arse.
As a result client has little faith in mobile surveillance and wants to go electronic.
So once again i will ask are tracksticks any good yes or no !!

you get what you pay for....if she wants a rock solid result Id go for something in the $600.00 range.

I have  a cheap 200 dollar one and it works OK ish......but its not great...

I wish I had spent the money and got a better one.

I wouldnt go with the Trackstick...just imho.

Icon,

I am curious, does this mean that you did use a tracking device, albeit a cheap one, without consent of the party you tracked?

In what state?

I have been involved in the use of a tracking device yes, the particulars of the investigation are not mine to discuss as I was only a 4th party operative and not responsible for the arrangements.

To answer your question the person driving the work vehicle was not aware of the device that had been fitted at the request of the owner of the vehicle in South Australia.

If you really need to know more PM me or give me a call.
