Can anyone shed some light on some tenancy databases that they know of. I have access to other databases but require to do some searches on tenancy applications etc.

TRA or trading reference australia is a tenancy database available to estate agents, commercial agents and also private investigators. The cost is about $1500 pa for a subscription with unlimited searches during the year. Most of the data comes from NSW I believe, but all the details in my rental application for the house I've recently moved into in Victoria would have been put into the TRA database.

It's a bit pricey for me however, but I am on the lookout for decent databases..FCS and Mirus online just arn't working for me anymore.
